## How it works

You pick a month, group size, how many are under 15, your experience, the pace you want and what you care about. Every tour on the site is scored against its published season, skill requirement, seats and strengths, then the top picks are laid out as a day plan with the published starting prices, a packing list and a one-tap booking request. It runs entirely in your browser: no AI model, no server, nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

## Catalogue

**Guided Snowmobile Tour**: From $295 per rider, ride single or double. About 2 hours. Machine: Polaris Indy 550 LXE. Good for: First-timers, families, and anyone who wants the views without needing to be an expert

Two hours on professionally groomed trails through private and public land, with a guide out front and the Sawatch peaks in your face the whole way. The Indy 550 is easy to ride and forgiving. If you have never been on a sled, this is the one.

**Snowmobile High Adventure**: From $350 per rider. Half day, full day, or multi-day. Machine: Polaris Pro RMK 850. Good for: Intermediate to advanced riders who want off-trail powder

Off-trail riding on the private 1,000-acre ranch just outside Leadville and on public land: open meadows, hill climbs, tree riding, deep snow. The Pro RMK 850 is a mountain sled built for exactly this. Skills instruction is available if you want to get better at side-hilling and climbing instead of just surviving it.

**Snowbike Tour**: Call for pricing. Half day, full day, or multi-day, private guided. Machine: Yamaha 450-powered Polaris Timbersled. Good for: Dirt bikers who want to keep riding when the snow comes

A dirt bike on a ski and a track. If you ride moto in summer, a snowbike is the most natural way into winter riding, and the ranch's 1,000-plus acres of private land give you room to learn it. Private guided outings only.

**Winter UTV Tour**: Call for pricing. About 3 hours. Machine: 4-seat Polaris RZR with a heated cab. Good for: Families, mixed groups, and anyone who wants the winter high country in comfort

Three hours in a heated, enclosed 4-seat RZR through the snow-covered mining district around town. No riding skill needed, no cold hands. Guests bring kids, grandparents and non-riders on this one.

**Guided UTV Tour**: From $450 per UTV, up to 4 riders. About 3 hours. Machine: Polaris RZR 1000 Turbo, 4 seats. Good for: Everyone. Self-driven or ride along with the guide. Family friendly.

Three hours in a 4-seat RZR 1000 Turbo through the historic mining district and up the high roads toward Mosquito Pass. Drive your own machine behind the guide or ride along in the guide's. Old silver mines, aspen groves, creek crossings, and views to two 14,000-foot peaks.

**Guided Dirt Bike Tour**: From $399 per rider. All day. Machine: Current model year KTM. Good for: Intermediate to expert riders. Previous dirt bike experience is required.

All-day guided rides on current-year KTMs: single track, historic mining roads, creek crossings, and a private 1,000-acre ranch to play on. Fuel, guide, instruction and on-trail support included. Bring your legs; it is a full day at altitude.

## FAQ

**Q: How does the Sledville trip planner work?**

A: You pick a month, group size, how many are under 15, your experience, the pace you want and what you care about. Every tour on the site is scored against its published season, skill requirement, seats and strengths, then the top picks are laid out as a day plan with the published starting prices, a packing list and a one-tap booking request. It runs entirely in your browser: no AI model, no server, nothing you enter is sent anywhere.

**Q: Is the concierge a real AI?**

A: It is an instant local assistant, not a cloud chatbot. It understands plain-English questions about tours, prices, months, kids, gear, altitude, the shop and the lodge, and answers only from the facts published on this site. When it does not know something, it says so and gives you the phone number. Sledville deliberately uses no paid or proprietary AI service; the assistant is free, open code that runs on your device.

**Q: Are the prices in the planner exact?**

A: No. They are the outfitter's published starting rates, multiplied by your group (per rider, or per 4-seat machine for the UTV tours). The exact price depends on dates and group and is confirmed when you book. Snowbike, winter UTV, repair work and the lodge are quoted by phone.

**Q: Can I share or save my plan?**

A: Yes. The plan is encoded in the page address, so Copy link gives you a URL that rebuilds it for anyone. Print gives you a paper copy. Send this plan as a booking request opens an email to the shop with your plan filled in.
